【摘要】:正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者能不能容忍和關(guān)愛慣于逆向思維的下屬,充分發(fā)揮其作用,并在自己率領(lǐng)的團(tuán)隊中培育出慣于逆向思維的土壤,對于團(tuán)隊的建設(shè)以及團(tuán)隊能否完成其自身所擔(dān)負(fù)的職責(zé)和使命至關(guān)重要。一、逆向思維及其主要特點逆向思維又稱求異思維,它是對人們慣常思維中已成定論的事物或觀點反過來思考的一種思維方式。雖然我們還不能把逆向思維與創(chuàng)新思維簡單地畫等號,但逆向思維在創(chuàng)新思維中的重要地位和作用是無可替代的,它是創(chuàng)新思維的基本類型之一,是人們從事發(fā)明創(chuàng)
