【摘要】：正單位是一個小社會,也是社會的有機組成部分。單位的管理水平既受社會總體管理水平的影響,又對社會總體管理水平的提高起著促進或阻礙作用。當(dāng)前,單位管理存在不少不盡如人意的地方,具體有兩種表現(xiàn):一是高度集權(quán)的霸道式管理,二是管理權(quán)威喪失的軟弱式管理。這兩種極端的管理方式都破壞了單位管理的科學(xué)性、規(guī)范性和有效性,挫傷了員工的積極性、創(chuàng)造性,導(dǎo)致單位管理混
[Abstract]:Positive unit is a small society, is also an organic part of society.The management level of the unit is not only influenced by the overall social management level, but also promotes or hinders the improvement of the social overall management level.At present, there are a lot of unsatisfactory aspects in unit management, there are two kinds of performance: one is high-centralized overbearing management, the other is weak management with the loss of management authority.These two extreme management methods both destroy the scientific, normative and effective management of the unit, dampen the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, and lead to the confusion of the management of the unit.
