【摘要】：針對各決策階段的時(shí)間權(quán)重以及屬性權(quán)重已知,屬性值以區(qū)間數(shù)形式給出的動態(tài)多屬性決策問題,提出一種新的決策方法.該方法依據(jù)傳統(tǒng)多準(zhǔn)則妥協(xié)解排序法(VIKOR)的基本思路,結(jié)合區(qū)間數(shù)的運(yùn)算規(guī)則,計(jì)算各階段各方案的評價(jià)值,進(jìn)而引入不確定動態(tài)加權(quán)平均(UDWA)算子進(jìn)行集成,以獲取各方案整體評價(jià)值的區(qū)間數(shù).借助于區(qū)間數(shù)兩兩比較的可能度公式和模糊互補(bǔ)判斷矩陣公式,對其進(jìn)行比較,從而得到整個(gè)方案集的排序.最后以第3方逆向物流服務(wù)商的選擇為實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,所得結(jié)果表明了該方法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:A new decision making method is proposed for dynamic multi-attribute decision making in which the time weight and attribute weight are known and the values of attributes are given in the form of interval numbers.This method is based on the basic idea of the traditional multi-criteria compromise solution sorting method (VIKORA) and combines the operation rules of the interval number to calculate the evaluation values of each scheme in each stage, and then the uncertain dynamic weighted average (UDWA) operator is introduced for integration.To get the interval number of the overall evaluation value of each scheme.By means of the possibility degree formula and the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix formula of the pairwise comparison of interval numbers, the order of the whole scheme set is obtained.Finally, taking the selection of the third party reverse logistics service provider as an example, the results show that the method is feasible and effective.
