【摘要】:正辭職,對(duì)于很多人來說并不陌生,但人們的視野主要停留在辭去工作,也就是通常所說的"炒老板(領(lǐng)導(dǎo))的魷魚",而沒有關(guān)注到在工作辭職之前所出現(xiàn)的"心理辭職"現(xiàn)象,即人們?cè)诠ぷ鬓o職前,工作上已經(jīng)"心不在焉"了。相較于工作辭職,"心理辭職"對(duì)工作的影響更加消極和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),如不及時(shí)矯正,可能誘發(fā)工作辭職不說,還會(huì)相互"傳染",使整個(gè)組織失去應(yīng)有的活力和動(dòng)力。"心理辭職"的原因很復(fù)雜,既有主觀原因,也有客觀原因。但是,由于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在很大程度上主導(dǎo)著部屬工作的"是是非非",因此,需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者關(guān)注這個(gè)問題,采取切實(shí)措施,防止和矯正部屬的"心理辭職"。
[Abstract]:Being resigning is no stranger to many people, but people's vision is mainly about quitting their jobs. What is commonly called "firing the boss (leader)" does not pay attention to the phenomenon of "psychological resignation" that occurs before the resignation of the job, that is, people quit their jobs before they quit their jobs. Work has been "absent-minded". Compared to work resignation, "psychological resignation" has a more negative and long-term impact on the job. If not corrected in time, it may induce work resignation, not to say, It can also "infect" each other, depriving the entire organization of the energy and motivation it deserves. The reasons for "psychological resignation" are complex, both subjective and objective. Since leaders to a large extent dominate the "right and wrong" of subordinates, it is necessary for leaders to pay attention to this problem and take practical measures to prevent and correct the "psychological resignation" of subordinates.
