【摘要】：正領導工作千頭萬緒、艱巨繁雜。為了適應領導工作的復雜性,領導者必須切實把握工作的"度",立足本職崗位,豐富工作形式,放手不放任,到位不越位,關注細節(jié)而不局限于細節(jié),實現(xiàn)忙而有序、收放自如的工作目標,不斷增強對全局的駕馭力和控制力。一、立足本位,但不存本位意識領導者無論職位高低、權力大小,無一例外,都有與其職位、權力相匹配的職責要求,這是履職盡責的基礎,也是領導者之所以成為領導者的先決條件。關于領導者守本分、盡本職的職責要求很多,
