【摘要】：作為一種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者教育培訓(xùn)方法,"工作任務(wù)指派"最近十多年在全球一流組織中廣受青睞,原因是它屬于一種富含挑戰(zhàn)要素的發(fā)展型經(jīng)歷。有效的"工作任務(wù)指派"能夠促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目參加者的認(rèn)知能力、情緒智力提高與行為改善。國(guó)內(nèi)組織提高輪崗、海外派遣、掛職鍛煉等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者培養(yǎng)方法的有效性,應(yīng)該積極借鑒"工作任務(wù)指派"的研究成果與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As a method of leadership education and training, "assignment of work" has been popular among the top organizations in the world in the last decade or so. The reason is that it is a developmental experience rich in challenging elements. Effective "task assignment" can promote the cognitive ability, emotional intelligence and behavior improvement of project participants. The effectiveness of the training methods for leaders should learn from the research results and practical experience of assignment of work tasks.
