【摘要】:正情感認(rèn)同指個(gè)體對客觀事物或其他個(gè)體滿足自己需要而產(chǎn)生的滿意、喜愛以及肯定的態(tài)度。當(dāng)個(gè)體認(rèn)同這種聯(lián)系時(shí),就會(huì)愿意保持這種關(guān)系,并樂于接受其影響;若沒有這種情感認(rèn)同,就會(huì)否定自己與該事物的聯(lián)系,對之無興趣,更談不上接受其影響,即使接受,也是表面上的、不牢靠的。在行政管理領(lǐng)域,關(guān)于認(rèn)同感的研究多半集中在權(quán)力認(rèn)同方面,對情感認(rèn)同關(guān)注較少。筆者認(rèn)為,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支配的環(huán)境下,情感的支配常常比權(quán)力的支配更有效用。
[Abstract]:Positive emotional identity refers to the satisfaction, affection and positive attitude of an individual towards objective things or other individuals who satisfy their own needs. When individuals identify with this connection, they are willing to maintain this relationship and are willing to accept its influence. Without this kind of emotional identity, one would deny one's connection to the thing, be not interested in it, let alone accept its influence, even if it were accepted, it would be superficial and unreliable. In the field of administration, Most of the researches on identity focus on power identity, but less on emotional identity. The author believes that emotional domination is often more effective than power control in the environment of leadership.
