【摘要】：正在同一單位工作,對(duì)某項(xiàng)工作有不同意見(jiàn)、不同看法,出現(xiàn)意見(jiàn)分歧在所難免。有了意見(jiàn)分歧,就要想方設(shè)法彌補(bǔ)分歧、消除分歧,在消除分歧中統(tǒng)一意見(jiàn)、形成合力、增進(jìn)團(tuán)結(jié)、密切感情。最怕的就是各持己見(jiàn)、互不相讓,使分歧升級(jí),"擦槍走火",最終達(dá)到無(wú)法挽回的地步。那么,有意見(jiàn)分歧的單位成員在工作中如何才能避免"擦槍走火"呢?轉(zhuǎn)移話題——避免分歧激化一是轉(zhuǎn)移注意力。對(duì)于單位成員間在工作上出現(xiàn)的分歧,不論是
