【摘要】：正黨的十八屆三中全會為全面深化改革吹響了號角,甩掉"用經(jīng)濟增長彌補合法性"這種贗品思維,取締公務(wù)員特權(quán)、取締企業(yè)壟斷、取締養(yǎng)老保險雙軌制等改革正在穩(wěn)步推進。中央對改革的決心已下,對改革的方向已定,作為宏觀與微觀結(jié)合部的縣一級黨委,承擔(dān)著重要任務(wù)。如何為改革下好先手棋,當(dāng)好改革先鋒,關(guān)鍵是要做好以下幾個方面。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China sounded the trumpet for the overall deepening of reform, shed the fake thinking of "making up the legitimacy with economic growth," banned the privileges of civil servants, and banned enterprise monopolies. The reform of banning the double track system of old-age insurance is advancing steadily. The central government has made a determination on the reform, and the direction of the reform has been decided. The county level party committees, as the combination of macro and micro, are shouldering important tasks. How to make a good start on the reform? To be a good reform pioneer, the key is to do a good job in the following aspects.
