【摘要】：正改革開放30多年來,學界對利益問題的研究較多指向社會各界,尤其是弱勢群體,卻很少深入地研究領導利益。領導者群體的利益特點、利益途徑、利益數(shù)額、利益機制、利益態(tài)度等,在人們的認識中都很朦朧,因此,很難把握領導利益的合理尺度。而領導利益中如果存在不合理現(xiàn)象,就會影響社會大眾的心理狀態(tài),進而對社會的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生負面作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the academic research on the interests of the community, especially the vulnerable groups, has focused on the interests of the leaders, the characteristics of the interests of the leaders, the ways of the interests, the amount of the interests, and the mechanism of the interests. Interest attitude and so on, in people's understanding are very hazy, therefore, it is very difficult to grasp the reasonable measure of leadership interests. If there is unreasonable phenomenon in leading interests, it will affect the psychological state of the public. In turn, social stability and development have a negative effect.
