【摘要】:目的:編制我國文化背景下上級不當督導行為量表(ASBSS),并檢驗其效度和信度。方法:結合文獻分析與32名企業(yè)員工的開放式問卷調查,構建了ASBSS的理論維度,并在此基礎上編制初始問卷。選取200名企業(yè)員工,對于初始問卷進行條目分析。選取445名企業(yè)員工,將其分為樣本1(n=223)和樣本2(n=222),樣本1用于探索性因子分析,樣本2用于驗證性因子分析及信度分析,兩周后用樣本2進行重測。結果:量表包含11個條目,分為忽視詆毀、蓄意阻撓及苛責下屬3個因子,解釋總變異的66.25%;量表具有良好的結構效度(RMSEA=0.06,GFI=0.94,NFI=0.92,CFI=0.96,IFI=0.96)。總量表及3個因子的內部一致性Cronbach α系數(shù)分別為0.87、0.79、0.78和0.76;重測信度分別為0.85、0.80、076和0.82。結論:本研究編制的上級不當督導行為量表信效度達到了測量學的要求,可以用來測量中國文化背景下上級的不當督導行為。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compile and test the validity and reliability of the superior improper supervision behavior scale under Chinese cultural background. Methods: the theoretical dimension of ASBSS was constructed based on literature analysis and an open questionnaire survey of 32 employees. On this basis, the initial questionnaire was compiled. 200 enterprise employees were selected, and the initial questionnaire was analyzed. 445 employees were selected and divided into two groups: sample 1 (nnnm223) and sample (2). Sample 1 was used for exploratory factor analysis. Sample 2 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Two weeks later, sample 2 was re-tested. Results: the scale included 11 items, which were divided into three factors: neglect and slander, deliberate obstruction and exacting subordinates. There were good structural validity of RMSEAA 0.06GFI0.92CFI0.92CFI0.960.The internal consistency Cronbach 偽 coefficient of total scale and three factors were 0.870.79 0.78 and 0.76 respectively. The reliability of retest was 0.850.80076 and 0.82respectively. Conclusion: this study made the improper supervision behavior of superior in this study. The results showed that the internal consistency of the scale and the three factors were 0.87 and 0.76, respectively. Conclusion: the results of this study are as follows: the internal consistency of the total scale and the three factors are 0.87, 0.79, 0.78 and 0.76; the reliability of the scale is 0.850.80076 and 0.82respectively. The reliability and validity of the scale met the requirements of measurement. It can be used to measure the improper supervision behavior of the superior in the Chinese cultural background.
