臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教師雙重角色定位的沖突與化解

【摘要】:由于高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育的特殊性,使得臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教師充當(dāng)著雙重角色,既是醫(yī)務(wù)工作者,又是教學(xué)工作者,兩種角色在職業(yè)定位和社會(huì)定位上的不同導(dǎo)致臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教師出現(xiàn)角色沖突,進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致宏觀的角色期望與具體的職業(yè)角色期望沖突、角色評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的沖突、角色行為與思維沖突。化解沖突的途徑包括:醫(yī)院層面以人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和薪酬管理為重點(diǎn)改進(jìn)管理制度,管理者層面做好臨床與教學(xué)的平衡,個(gè)人層面通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展應(yīng)對(duì)臨床與教學(xué)的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of higher medical education, clinical medical teachers play a dual role, not only medical workers, but also teaching workers. The difference between the two roles in professional positioning and social positioning leads to role conflicts between clinical medical teachers, which further leads to the conflict between macro role expectations and specific professional role expectations, the conflict of role evaluation standards, and the conflict between role behavior and thinking. The ways to resolve the conflict include: the hospital level focuses on the construction of talent team, performance evaluation and salary management to improve the management system, the management level to do a good job in the balance between clinical and teaching, and the individual level to meet the dual challenges of clinical and teaching through professional development.
