協(xié)同創(chuàng)新視角下創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:在高等教育發(fā)展越來(lái)越全球化和復(fù)雜化的形勢(shì)下,需要大學(xué)以及企業(yè)、政府等其它創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)業(yè)精神與創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的人才!按蟊妱(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”成為中國(guó)的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略后,在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)掀起了創(chuàng)業(yè)的風(fēng)潮,從中央到地方頒布了一系列支持創(chuàng)業(yè)的優(yōu)惠政策。推進(jìn)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新,是培育和催生經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新動(dòng)力的必然選擇,隨著我國(guó)資源環(huán)境約束的日益強(qiáng)化,要素的規(guī)模驅(qū)動(dòng)力逐步減弱,傳統(tǒng)的高投入、高消耗發(fā)展的方式不能夠持續(xù),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),需要從要素驅(qū)動(dòng)、投資驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng),創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的培養(yǎng)變得十分重要。論文對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)模式、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才、人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制與績(jī)效方面的研究進(jìn)行梳理與回顧,在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論、政產(chǎn)學(xué)三螺旋理論、系統(tǒng)論、博弈論等理論基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi),論文構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)主體博弈展開(kāi)分析,博弈結(jié)果表明各培養(yǎng)主體之間開(kāi)展合作是對(duì)各方最有利選擇。在合作過(guò)程中,各培養(yǎng)主體與創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系如何,對(duì)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機(jī)制與創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,建立了協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機(jī)制與創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系模型,以參加大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽的學(xué)生為調(diào)研對(duì)象進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)得出,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響較大,國(guó)家政策保障與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)影響次之,但是三者的有機(jī)耦合是創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效提升的關(guān)鍵。繼而運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)論的思想對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,得出要實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的培養(yǎng),創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)要有機(jī)配合。最后提出了創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才協(xié)同創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)機(jī)制完善策略,從完善國(guó)家政策保障機(jī)制、提升高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育水平、健全產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、激發(fā)個(gè)體創(chuàng)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)潛能四個(gè)方面提出了創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的完善策略。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that the development of higher education is becoming more and more global and complicated, it is necessary for universities, enterprises, governments and other innovative subjects to cooperate and innovate to cultivate talents with entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability. After "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation" became China's national strategy, it set off a wave of entrepreneurship throughout the country, and issued a series of preferential policies to support entrepreneurship from the central to the local level. To promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation is an inevitable choice for fostering and spawning a new motive force for economic and social development. With the strengthening of resource and environmental constraints in our country, the driving force of the scale of the elements is gradually weakening, and the traditional high investment is becoming more and more important. The way of high consumption development can not be sustained, and economic development has entered the new normal, which needs to change from factor driven, investment driven to innovation-driven, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents becomes very important. This paper reviews and reviews the research on talent training mode, cooperative innovation, entrepreneurial talent training, talent training mechanism and performance, which is based on the theory of cooperative innovation, the three-helix theory of politics and industry, the system theory, the game theory and so on. The paper constructs the structure model of the entrepreneurial talent training system, and analyzes the game of the entrepreneurial talent cultivation agent. The game result shows that the cooperation between the various cultivation subjects is the most favorable choice for all parties. In the process of cooperation, the relationship between the training subjects and the entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial talents is studied, and the relationship model between the cooperative training mechanism and entrepreneurial performance is established. Taking the students participating in the college students' entrepreneurship contest as the research objects, the empirical test shows that entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has a greater impact on entrepreneurial performance, followed by the national policy guarantee and industry coordinated cultivation. But the organic coupling of the three is the key to the improvement of entrepreneurial performance. Then the system dynamics analysis of the entrepreneurial talent training mechanism is carried out with the thought of system theory, and it is concluded that every subsystem of the entrepreneurial talent training system should cooperate organically in order to realize the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies to perfect the cooperative innovation training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents, from perfecting the national policy guarantee mechanism, improving the level of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and perfecting the industrial cooperative training mechanism. Four aspects of stimulating individual entrepreneurial driving potential are put forward to perfect the training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents.
