基于平衡計(jì)分卡的TY公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系研究

【摘要】:在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略確定的情況下,戰(zhàn)略的成功與否取決于執(zhí)行情況。構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系對于企業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大。本文以平衡計(jì)分卡理論為基礎(chǔ),以提升TY公司管理競爭力為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)研究了TY公司的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系。本論文首先分析了TY公司目前存在的管理問題,基于公司的戰(zhàn)略,重點(diǎn)研究了在TY公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段如何構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系。論文把構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系分為五個(gè)方面加以分析:在戰(zhàn)略準(zhǔn)備方面,重點(diǎn)在于做好組織與制度準(zhǔn)備、計(jì)劃準(zhǔn)備、輿論與知識準(zhǔn)備和資料準(zhǔn)備工作;在規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略方面,通過對公司環(huán)境分析繪制出公司戰(zhàn)略地圖用以描繪戰(zhàn)略;在分解戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)方面,通過分解戰(zhàn)略主題,開發(fā)計(jì)分卡和員工績效卡實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略的層層分解;在制定管理戰(zhàn)略流程方面,通過成立戰(zhàn)略管理辦公室和建立戰(zhàn)略回顧會議制度保證戰(zhàn)略能夠有效執(zhí)行;在試運(yùn)行戰(zhàn)略方面,通過實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)優(yōu)化調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系,正式運(yùn)行后每年再進(jìn)行循環(huán)優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。本文對于TY公司構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行體系的研究,對相關(guān)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行方案的制定具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the case of a firm strategy, the success of the strategy depends on its implementation. Building a strategic implementation system is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Based on the balanced scorecard theory and the goal of improving the management competitiveness of TY Company, this paper focuses on the strategic execution system of TY Company. This paper first analyzes the current management problems of TY Company. Based on the strategy of TY Company, it focuses on how to construct the strategy implementation system in each stage of TY Company's strategy implementation. The paper divides the construction of the strategic implementation system into five aspects: in the strategic preparation, the emphasis lies in the organization and system preparation, planning preparation, public opinion and knowledge preparation and information preparation; in the planning strategy, the key points are the organization and system preparation, the plan preparation, the public opinion and the knowledge preparation and the information preparation. Through the analysis of the company environment to draw the company strategy map to describe the strategy; in the decomposition of strategic tasks, through the decomposition of strategic themes, the development of scorecard and employee performance card to achieve layer upon layer decomposition of the strategy; in the development of management strategy process, By setting up the strategic management office and establishing the strategic review conference system, the strategy can be effectively carried out; in the trial operation strategy, the strategy implementation system can be optimized and adjusted through practice, and then the circulation optimization and improvement will be carried out every year after the formal operation. This paper has reference value for the establishment of strategy execution system of TY company.
