網(wǎng)絡(luò)互惠性對高?鐓^(qū)域技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移績效的影響研究
[Abstract]:The transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities play an important role in driving regional innovation and economic development. Because of the limitation of geographical distance, local policy and other factors, the scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities are often confined to the local transformation, which on the one hand widens the differences of regional innovation level caused by the imbalance of educational resources; on the other hand, Also make the innovative resources of colleges and universities can not be fully transformed. The trans-regional technology transfer in colleges and universities has broken the geographical position restriction and the administrative subordinate relationship, making the technological resources, capital, talents and other innovative resources form a good interaction between the academia and the industry, and between the regions. Can effectively narrow the gap between regional innovation resources, promote coordinated development. Based on the data of patent technology transfer in colleges and universities from 2007 to 2016, this paper applies social network analysis method and spatial distribution analysis method to construct cross-regional technology transfer network and spatial distribution map of colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of technology transfer network structure and the law of spatial distribution and evolution, it is found that there is a close relationship between the reciprocal network relationship and the performance of cross-regional technology transfer in colleges and universities. Based on the results of network analysis and theoretical deduction, the hypothesis of the relationship between network reciprocity and cross-regional technology transfer in colleges and universities is proposed, and the corresponding theoretical model is constructed. Based on the research hypothesis, we select and measure the related variables which reflect the network reciprocity and the technology transfer performance. Through the regression analysis of panel data, we measure the relationship between the variables, and verify the theoretical hypothesis according to the regression results. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the corresponding countermeasures and prospects for future research are put forward. Through empirical analysis, it is found that the level of cross-regional technology transfer and network reciprocity of colleges and universities in our country is rising rapidly. Network reciprocity relationship can significantly promote the performance of cross-regional technology transfer in colleges and universities. The richer the reciprocal relationship in technology transfer network, the higher the performance of cross-regional technology transfer. The reciprocal network connection can simultaneously promote the introduction and export level of cross-regional technology in colleges and universities, and the reciprocal network faction can promote the cross-regional output of university technology, but it fails to promote the cross-regional technology import significantly.
