【摘要】：地方本科院校在明確了應用型發(fā)展方向后,重要的是進行應用型轉型實踐,創(chuàng)新開拓應用型發(fā)展的具體路徑。地方高校在應用型轉型發(fā)展過程中,要始終牢記大學的根本是人才培養(yǎng),通過"產教融合、校企合作",培養(yǎng)應用型人才。在應用型轉型的過程中,我國要根據經濟社會發(fā)展要求,按照高等教育規(guī)律,勇于擔當,敢于創(chuàng)新轉型策略,通過建立大學董事會與校內運行體系、多渠道引入辦學資金、實行大學校小單位的"包干"制度、采取科研績效激勵、對高層次學術人員不限編制等措施促進地方本科院校轉型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After defining the direction of application-oriented development, it is important for local colleges and universities to carry out the practice of application-oriented transformation and to blaze new trails for application-oriented development. In the process of practical transformation and development, local colleges and universities should always bear in mind that the foundation of universities is the cultivation of talents, and cultivate applied talents through "integration of industry and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises". In the process of application-oriented transformation, according to the requirements of economic and social development, according to the law of higher education, our country should be brave to take on, dare to innovate the transformation strategy, through the establishment of the university board of directors and school operation system, multi-channel introduction of school funds. It is necessary to carry out the "dry" system of large schools and small units, to promote the transformation and development of local colleges and universities by taking measures such as encouraging the achievements of scientific research, and not limiting the establishment of high-level academic personnel.
