【摘要】：基于我國風險投資業(yè)情境,運用CV Source數(shù)據(jù)庫2005年1月1日-2014年12月31日數(shù)據(jù),使用多元回歸模型,研究了風險投資機構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性對投資績效的影響,以及知識專業(yè)化對二者間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:風險投資機構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性與投資績效存在顯著倒U型關(guān)系;知識專業(yè)化正向調(diào)節(jié)二者間的倒U型關(guān)系,即知識專業(yè)化水平越高,風險投資機構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性對投資績效的初始正向影響越強,而高水平網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性對投資績效的負面影響越小。
[Abstract]:Based on the situation of venture capital industry in China, using CV Source database data from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2014, and using multiple regression model, this paper studies the influence of network centrality of venture capital institutions on investment performance. Knowledge specialization regulates the relationship between the two. The results show that there is a significant inverted U type relationship between the network centrality of venture capital institutions and investment performance, and the backward U type relationship between knowledge specialization and knowledge specialization is positively adjusted, that is, the higher the level of knowledge specialization, the higher the level of knowledge specialization. The initial positive effect of network centrality of venture capital institutions on investment performance is stronger, while the negative impact of high level network centrality on investment performance is smaller.
