【摘要】：國家自然科學基金作為我國自由探索、自主創(chuàng)新的重要支持平臺,其資助績效一直是政府相關管理部門和社會公眾所關注的焦點。本文通過有關"國家自然科學基金人才項目資助績效評估"問卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)收集,分析獲得國家自然科學基金對各類人才項目資助績效的整體評價。問卷調(diào)查結果顯示科學基金統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各類人才項目的資助工作,打造了貫穿科研職業(yè)生涯的創(chuàng)新人才和團隊培養(yǎng)資助鏈,并對人才的科研能力培養(yǎng)、職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展、學科發(fā)展、國際交流合作等方面都有著明顯的促進作用。
[Abstract]:As an important supporting platform for free exploration and independent innovation, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has been the focus of government management departments and the public. Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), this paper analyzes and obtains the overall evaluation of the performance of the National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) for all kinds of talent projects. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the Science Fund has coordinated the support work of all kinds of talent projects, created the innovative talents and team training support chain running through the scientific research career, and trained the scientific research ability and the development of the professional career of the talents. Discipline development, international exchange and cooperation have a significant role in promoting.
