【摘要】：新形勢下開展后期扶持資金績效評價工作既是提高后期扶持資金使用績效的現(xiàn)實需要,也是外部條件的客觀要求。分析了開展后期扶持資金績效評價的重要性及后期扶持資金績效的影響因素,從基本原則、主要方式、主要內容及組織保障4個方面闡述了后期扶持資金績效評價工作實施的構想,旨在提升后期扶持政策實施管理水平,為下一步開展績效評價工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, it is not only the realistic need to improve the performance of the post-support funds, but also the objective requirement of the external conditions to carry out the performance evaluation of the post-support funds. This paper analyzes the importance of carrying out the evaluation of the performance of the support fund in the later stage and the influencing factors of the performance of the support fund in the later stage, from the basic principles, the main ways, The main content and the organization guarantee four aspects elaborated the later support fund performance appraisal work implementation idea, in order to enhance the late support policy implementation management level, provides the reference for the next step to carry out the performance appraisal work.
