【摘要】：自20世紀90年代以來,英國在醫(yī)療保健體系中正式發(fā)展了公私伙伴關系(PPP),成為世界上最早進行該領域探索的國家,其公私伙伴關系的模式也被許多發(fā)達和發(fā)展中國家所模仿和借鑒,以促進醫(yī)療保健服務的效率和質量提升。近些年來,我國正如火如荼地進行醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等公共服務領域的PPP建設。檢視英國醫(yī)療保健領域的PPP歷史沿革、模式類型、操作方法以及績效評價,總結相關經驗與教訓,能夠為我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生PPP的未來發(fā)展提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the United Kingdom has formally developed a public-private partnership in the health care system, becoming the first country in the world to explore this field. Its public-private partnership model has also been imitated and adapted by many developed and developing countries to promote the efficiency and quality of health-care services. In recent years, China is in full swing in the field of health care and other public services PPP construction. This paper reviews the history, mode type, operation method and performance evaluation of PPP in the field of health care in Britain, and summarizes relevant experiences and lessons, which can provide useful reference for the future development of health care PPP in China.
