【摘要】：教育政策績效評估有效性研究是評價教育政策結(jié)果的社會行為,目的是了解政策對于教育水平的實際影響效果。教育政策績效評估是復(fù)雜的,要求多角度、評估主體組成多元化,同時要保證調(diào)查對象的廣泛性、研究過程的專業(yè)化和獨立性。建構(gòu)合理的評估團體、采用科學(xué)的評估方法、建立科學(xué)的研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和公開信息管理制度能夠提高研究的有效性。
[Abstract]:The research on the effectiveness of educational policy performance evaluation is a kind of social behavior to evaluate the result of educational policy. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of policy on educational level. The evaluation of educational policy performance is complex and requires a diversity of evaluation subjects. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the universality of the object of investigation and the specialization and independence of the research process. The effectiveness of the research can be improved by constructing reasonable evaluation groups, adopting scientific evaluation methods, establishing scientific research standards and open information management system.
