中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行HG支行績效考核體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國加入WTO以后,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式從原來的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化為市場經(jīng)濟(jì)為主體。這雖然給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了極大的推動(dòng)作用,與此同時(shí)也帶來了極大的調(diào)整,而銀行在此過程中處于重要的角色。中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行HG支行根據(jù)目前的發(fā)展形勢以及銀行未來的戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,正式提出了銀行整體績效改革制度。從銀行的總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)出發(fā),從員工的工作任務(wù)出發(fā),以戰(zhàn)略為基礎(chǔ),建立完善的績效考核體系。該績效考核體系的實(shí)施一方面是為了提高銀行的經(jīng)營效益,另一方面是為了提高員工的工作熱情,吸引人才,留住人才,提升銀行的管理水平。該體系屬于一種科學(xué)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,具有較大的研究意義。論文結(jié)合中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行HG支行的現(xiàn)狀,并應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代績效考核的基本理論,全面和系統(tǒng)地評估該行的現(xiàn)狀,并分析其存在于績效考核中的考核定位、員工績效改進(jìn)和其他重要的流程和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)等問題。針對農(nóng)行HG支行的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和現(xiàn)有的績效考核情況進(jìn)行分析,剖析該行績效考核工作現(xiàn)狀,提出該行的績效考核方案中存在的諸多問題,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的理論有針對性地完善其績效考核管理體系,然后從績效考核原則、績效考核思路、績效考核整體架構(gòu)以及績效考核流程方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出了一套契合實(shí)際的績效方案,該方案可以極大地鼓勵(lì)員工,提高員工工作的積極性。論文研究的績效考核體系不僅僅適應(yīng)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行HG支行,還對其它銀行起到一定的借鑒作用,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢以及銀行的不斷發(fā)展,該績效考核也需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),這樣才可以保證中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行HG支行穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO, the mode of economic development has changed from planned economy to market economy. Although this has brought great impetus to our country's economy, at the same time has brought about the great adjustment, and the bank is in the important role in this process. According to the current development situation and the future strategic plan of Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch formally put forward the bank's overall performance reform system. Starting from the overall development goal of the bank, starting from the work tasks of the staff, and based on the strategy, a perfect performance appraisal system is established. On the one hand, the implementation of the performance appraisal system is to improve the management efficiency of the bank, on the other hand, to improve the enthusiasm of the staff, attract talent, retain talent, and improve the management level of the bank. This system belongs to one kind of scientific incentive mechanism, has the great research significance. Combining with the present situation of Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch, and applying the basic theory of modern performance appraisal, this paper comprehensively and systematically evaluates the present situation of Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch, and analyzes its evaluation orientation in performance appraisal. Employee performance improvement and other important process and key issues. According to the development goal of Agricultural Bank of China (HG) Branch and the present situation of performance appraisal, this paper analyzes the present situation of performance appraisal of Agricultural Bank of China, and puts forward many problems existing in the performance appraisal scheme of Agricultural Bank of China. Combined with the existing theory to improve its performance appraisal management system, and then from the performance evaluation principles, performance appraisal ideas, performance appraisal overall structure and performance appraisal process to improve, In this paper, a practical performance scheme is proposed, which can greatly encourage employees and improve their enthusiasm. The performance appraisal system studied in this paper is not only suitable for the HG branch of Agricultural Bank of China, but also plays a certain reference role for other banks. With the development of economic situation and banks, the performance appraisal also needs to keep pace with the times. Only in this way can the Agricultural Bank of China HG branch advance steadily.
