【摘要】：近年來制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)品利潤越來越低,企業(yè)面臨降低庫存成本的壓力,加上國際間競爭越來越激烈,在市場上已不再只是制造商與制造商的價格比較,而是供應鏈彼此間的績效競爭,因此選擇供應鏈上合適的供貨商成員就越顯重要。在現(xiàn)今供應鏈架構底下,企業(yè)偏好選擇配合度良好的優(yōu)良供貨商,透過信息共享達到長期導向的策略性合作模式。HW公司作為航空制造企業(yè)的供應商,在航空業(yè)持續(xù)好轉的大背景下,面臨去中間商,競爭環(huán)境惡劣,客戶采購標準變嚴,多規(guī)格需求響應能力欠缺等問題。鑒于航空器制造企業(yè)的供應商選擇標準是評判HW企業(yè)未來改進方向的基礎,故應對這些問題的前提是分析航空制造企業(yè)的供應商篩選標準。結合過去學者所提出的供應商評估指標,再透過專家意見,構建出合適的評選架構,最后以層級程序分析法找出寄銷制度下供應商評選的關鍵要素及其權重。研究結果顯示,航空業(yè)在實施寄銷庫存制度的供應商評選時,所重視的評選準則與一般供應商評選準則有異,其所注重的評選準則不再局限于傳統(tǒng)的QCDS(Quality、Cost、Delivery、Service),躍居最重要的評估因素為“供應商能否提供HW公司實時庫存與補貨情況”、“對于訂單變更是否有快速反應能力”、“供應商服務態(tài)度”等方面。這顯示航空業(yè)制造商在選擇寄銷庫存供應商時更重視的是供應商的物料采購與庫存管理等核心能力。針對該結論,本文認為HW公司作為航空制造企業(yè)的上游供應商,在充分了解制造企業(yè)供應商選擇標準前期下,首先應該分析競爭環(huán)境選擇合適的競爭策略,把控產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的核心環(huán)節(jié),提高供應件的質量水平,設置相對便宜的市場價格,通過供應鏈金融延緩收款期,實行寄銷庫存制并設置合理的安全庫存水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the profits of manufacturing products are getting lower and lower, enterprises are facing the pressure of reducing inventory cost, and the international competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the market, it is no longer just the price comparison between manufacturers and manufacturers. It is the performance competition between the supply chain and the other, so it is more and more important to choose the appropriate supplier member. Under the current supply chain structure, enterprises prefer to choose excellent suppliers with good cooperation degree, and achieve long-term strategic cooperation mode through information sharing. HW Company is the supplier of aviation manufacturing enterprises. Under the background of continuous improvement of aviation industry, facing the problems of deintermediation, adverse competition environment, strict customer purchasing standards, lack of multi-specification demand response ability and so on. In view of the fact that the supplier selection criteria of aircraft manufacturing enterprises are the basis for judging the future improvement direction of HW enterprises, the premise to deal with these problems is to analyze the supplier selection criteria of aviation manufacturing enterprises. Combined with the supplier evaluation index put forward by scholars in the past, and then through the expert opinion, the appropriate selection structure is constructed. Finally, the key elements and their weights of supplier selection under the consignment system are found out by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that when the airline industry implements the consignment inventory system, it attaches great importance to the selection criteria which are different from those of the general supplier selection criteria. Its emphasis on the selection criteria is no longer limited to the traditional QCDS quality Code Service, and the most important evaluation factors are "whether the supplier can provide real-time inventory and replenishment of HW Company" and "have the ability to react quickly to the change of order". "supplier service attitude" and other aspects. This shows that aviation manufacturers pay more attention to the core capabilities of suppliers such as material procurement and inventory management when selecting consignment suppliers. In view of this conclusion, this paper holds that HW Company, as the upstream supplier of aviation manufacturing enterprises, should first analyze the competitive environment and choose the appropriate competitive strategy under the condition of fully understanding the supplier selection standards of manufacturing enterprises. The core links in the industrial chain should be controlled, the quality level of the supply parts should be improved, the market price should be set relatively cheap, the collection period should be delayed through the supply chain finance, the consignment inventory system should be implemented and the reasonable safety stock level should be set up.
