【摘要】：污水收集管網(wǎng)作為城市重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,是提高污水處理效率、提升水環(huán)境質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。在當(dāng)前深圳市全面推進(jìn)污水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)的形勢下,開展污水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)績效考核對于推動建設(shè)進(jìn)度、保障建設(shè)質(zhì)量、體現(xiàn)建設(shè)效果具有非常重要的意義。結(jié)合深圳污水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,建立了科學(xué)完善的污水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)績效考核評價(jià)體系。該體系本著"肯定成效、發(fā)現(xiàn)不足"的原則,采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)量、質(zhì)量和效果三重考核,將其應(yīng)用于深圳市2016年度污水管網(wǎng)建設(shè)績效考核,達(dá)到了"促進(jìn)度、督質(zhì)量、現(xiàn)成效"的考核目的。
