【摘要】：高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍建設(shè)是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的重要保障,也是高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然選擇。當(dāng)前,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資力量薄弱,管理體制機制不健全,績效考評缺乏可操作性等問題制約了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍的建設(shè),不利于創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的順利開展。因此,高職院校要樹立積極的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念,健全管理體制和考評機制,優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍,以促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The construction of teachers in entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality entrepreneurial talents, and is also an inevitable choice for the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.At present, the weakness of teachers in entrepreneurship education, the imperfect management system and the lack of maneuverability of performance evaluation restrict the construction of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education, which is not conducive to the smooth development of entrepreneurship education.Therefore, higher vocational colleges should set up a positive concept of entrepreneurship education, perfect the management system and evaluation mechanism, optimize the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education, and promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
