【摘要】:關(guān)于高管團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的研究相對較少,研究結(jié)論也并不一致。在討論商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績效的關(guān)系時(shí),現(xiàn)有研究也較少采用實(shí)證方法測量商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的不同維度對企業(yè)績效的具體影響。本研究通過編制并發(fā)放相關(guān)問卷,對291份調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行有效分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新呈U型關(guān)系,即當(dāng)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)的異質(zhì)性處于較高或較低的水平時(shí),商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新程度較高;(2)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的程度與企業(yè)績效呈顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(3)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的不同維度在提升企業(yè)績效時(shí)所發(fā)揮的作用是不同的,價(jià)值創(chuàng)造維度的作用最為顯著。
[Abstract]:There are few researches on the relationship between executive team heterogeneity and business model innovation, and the conclusions are not consistent.In the discussion of the relationship between business model innovation and firm performance, there are few empirical methods used to measure the specific impact of different dimensions of business model innovation on business performance.By compiling and issuing relevant questionnaires, 291 questionnaires are analyzed effectively. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the relationship between the heterogeneity of executive team and the innovation of business model is U-shaped.That is, when the heterogeneity of the executive team is at a higher or lower level,The degree of business model innovation is significant positive correlation with enterprise performance. (3) different dimensions of business model innovation play different roles in improving enterprise performance.The value creation dimension plays the most important role.
