【摘要】：正鑒于中小企業(yè)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要地位,鼓勵(lì)中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新已成為當(dāng)前中央和地方政府推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有效實(shí)施的重要抓手,而探索政府支持行為對(duì)中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響作用則是關(guān)鍵之舉。在實(shí)踐中,政府總是希望在中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮重要影響作用,但有時(shí)政府的支持行為不但沒(méi)有促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新,反而會(huì)起到抑制作用,究竟政府支持行為是否以及如何影響中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新,學(xué)界對(duì)此并未形成共識(shí)�，F(xiàn)有基于政府支持行為與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新
[Abstract]:Given the important role of small and medium-sized enterprises in promoting economic development, encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to innovate has become an important player in the effective implementation of innovation-driven development strategies by both central and local governments,It is the key to explore the effect of government support behavior on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.In practice, the government always wants to play an important role in the innovation activities of SMEs, but sometimes the supportive behavior of the government not only does not promote the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also plays a restraining role.There is no consensus on whether and how the government supports the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.Existing Government-supported behavior and Enterprise Innovation
