【摘要】：為了對當(dāng)前廣州市校園足球特色學(xué)校進(jìn)行績效評估、促進(jìn)校園足球更好地發(fā)展,本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法和專家訪談法,并結(jié)合《全國校園足球特色學(xué)校基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》,制定了廣州市校園足球績效評估指標(biāo)體系問卷。將問卷發(fā)放給來廣州體育學(xué)院參加全國校園足球骨干教師培訓(xùn)的講師以及學(xué)員。共發(fā)放問卷196份,回收了190份,有效回答率為96.3%。運(yùn)用Excel電子表格對回收的問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件,基于主成分分析法和因子分析將指標(biāo)分為八類,確定了最終的指標(biāo),得出每個因子的載荷系數(shù),最終推算出其各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,構(gòu)建出廣州市校園足球特色學(xué)�？冃гu估指標(biāo)體系。為了將廣州市校園足球特色學(xué)�？冃гu估指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),本研究選取了廣州市龍洞小學(xué)、漁沙坦小學(xué)、仲元中學(xué)等二十所校園足球特色學(xué)校進(jìn)行評估。針對這幾所學(xué)校開展校園足球活動的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行績效評估,分析這些特色學(xué)校的優(yōu)秀和不足之處,為校園足球下一步的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。結(jié)論:(1)通過文獻(xiàn)資料以及專家訪談法制定出指標(biāo)體系的初級指標(biāo),通過主成分分析以及因子分析,提取了8個公因子(一級指標(biāo))和44個二級指標(biāo)。之后計(jì)算出各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,完成廣州市校園足球特色學(xué)�？冃гu估指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建。(2)一級指標(biāo)按照權(quán)重大小依次為:教育教學(xué)(29.1分)、訓(xùn)練比賽(24.55分)、條件保障(20.34分)、師資力量(9.3分)、大課間(5.21分)、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(4.95分)、運(yùn)動風(fēng)險防控(3.87分)、足球文化(2.68分)。教育教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練比賽以及條件保障這三方面的最為重要,三者分值占到近了74分。(3)二級指標(biāo)由校本課程、教學(xué)計(jì)劃、足球課、足球嘉年華、保證體育活動時間、訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃、訓(xùn)練器材、運(yùn)動意外險、安全教育等44項(xiàng)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成。(4)廣州市校園足球特色學(xué)�？冃гu估指標(biāo)體系的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果顯示小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)略高于中學(xué)。拉開各所學(xué)校分?jǐn)?shù)的指標(biāo)主要在教育教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練比賽以及條件保障這三方面。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the performance of campus football characteristic schools in Guangzhou and promote the development of campus football, this paper adopts the method of literature and expert interview. Based on the basic Standard of National Campus Football characteristic School (trial), the questionnaire of Guangzhou Campus Football performance Evaluation Index system was established. The questionnaire was sent to Guangzhou Institute of physical Education to participate in the training of national campus football backbone teachers. A total of 196 questionnaires were sent out to lecturers and trainees. The effective answer rate is 96.30.The Excel spreadsheet is used to statistics and analyze the returned questionnaire. By using SPSS17.0 software, the indexes are divided into eight categories based on principal component analysis and factor analysis, and the final indicators are determined. Get the load coefficient of each factor, finally calculate the weight of each index, construct the school performance evaluation index system of Guangzhou campus football characteristic school, in order to test the school performance evaluation index system of Guangzhou campus football characteristic school. This study selected 20 schools with special characteristics of campus football, such as Longdong Primary School, Yusatan Primary School and Zhongyuan Middle School, to evaluate the current situation of campus football activities in these schools. This paper analyzes the excellence and inadequacies of these characteristic schools, and provides a reference basis for the next development of campus football. Conclusion: 1) the primary indicators of the index system are worked out through literature and expert interviews. Through principal component analysis and factor analysis, 8 common factors (primary index) and 44 secondary indexes were extracted. Then the weight of each index was calculated. To complete the construction of the evaluation index system of the school performance of Guangzhou campus football characteristic school. 2) the first grade index according to the weight is: education and teaching 29.1 points, training competition (24.55 points), condition guarantee (20.34 points), teachers' strength 9.3 minutes, large class time. (5.21 points), organizational leadership (4.95 points), sports risk prevention and control (3.87 points), football culture (2.68 points), education and teaching, The three most important aspects are training competition and condition protection. The three points account for nearly 74 points. The second level indicators are school-based curriculum, teaching plan, football lesson, football carnival, ensuring sports activity time, training plan, training equipment. Sports accident insurance, safety education and other 44 indicators. 4) the test results of the performance evaluation index system of Guangzhou campus football characteristic school show that the score of primary school is slightly higher than that of middle school. Training competition and conditions guarantee these three aspects.
