【摘要】：營運資金管理在企業(yè)財務(wù)管理中占據(jù)著重要的地位,營運資金如同企業(yè)經(jīng)營運轉(zhuǎn)的血液,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。穩(wěn)定住企業(yè)的資金流,抓好營運資金的管理,在一定程度上決定著企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效甚至生死存續(xù)。傳統(tǒng)營運資金管理以結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和持有量確定為中心,由于其難以指導企業(yè)在復雜多變的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中及時有效地做出管理決策而備受挑戰(zhàn)。雖然近年來提出的將營運資金管理與企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理、渠道管理和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理相結(jié)合的管理策略為企業(yè)營運資金管理理論研究提供了新的視角,但是如何實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有理論與企業(yè)營運資金管理實踐廣泛地結(jié)合仍然值得深入研究。本文通過翻閱文獻資料,梳理目前我國及國外的營運資金管理的研究成果,并對營運資金管理的相關(guān)理論進行闡述,為本文研究GD公司營運資金管理奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。首先,從營運資金管理制度、營運資金規(guī)模以及結(jié)構(gòu)對GD公司營運資金管理情況進行分析,并對GD公司營運資金管理績效開展分析評價,進而剖析GD公司在營運資金管理過程中存在的問題及其原因;其次,針對問題及其原因結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈管理理論從采購、生產(chǎn)和銷售三個環(huán)節(jié)提出優(yōu)化方案;然后對基于供應(yīng)鏈的營運資金管理的優(yōu)化方案的效果進行預(yù)測,并對方案的有效實行提出相應(yīng)的保障措施。本文將供應(yīng)鏈管理融入到GD公司營運資金管理中,既能夠滿足營運資金在企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈上各環(huán)節(jié)上的影響因素,同時也可以探索提升營運資金管理的方法。通過對案例進行詳細分析和總結(jié),結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈對GD公司在制定營運資金管理相應(yīng)制度上有很大的促進作用,同時可提高其管理水平,不論在理論還是實踐上均有較大的意義。
[Abstract]:Working capital management plays an important role in the enterprise financial management, working capital as the business operation of the blood, is the key of enterprise development. Stabilize the capital flow of the enterprise, to the management of working capital, to a certain extent determines the business performance and even death. The existence of the traditional working capital management structure optimization and holdings identified as the center, because of its difficult to guide enterprises to timely and effectively make management decisions in the complex economic environment and challenging. Although in recent years, the operation of supply chain management and enterprise capital management, channel management and business process management combining the management strategy provides a new perspective for the Study on the operation capital management theory of the enterprise, but how to achieve the existing theory and enterprise working capital management practices widely combined are still worthy of further study. Through the turn Read the documents, reviewing the current domestic and foreign research results of working capital management, and then expounds the related theories of working capital management, which lays the theoretical foundation for working capital management in GD company. First of all, from the working capital management, working capital scale and structure analysis of working capital management in GD company. And the working capital management performance of GD company to carry out analysis and evaluation, and then analyze the GD existing in the working capital management problems and causes in the process; secondly, aiming at the problems and reasons combined with the theory of supply chain management from procurement, production and sales of the three links optimization scheme is proposed; then carries on the forecast to the optimization of working capital management in supply chain the effect of the scheme and to effectively implement the corresponding security measures. This paper will supply chain management into the GD company working capital management The reason, can not only satisfy the influencing factors of working capital in the enterprises on the supply chain link, but also can enhance the exploration method of working capital management. Based on the detailed analysis and summary, combined with the supply chain of GD company in the development of working capital management has a great role in promoting the system, but also enhances its the level of management, both in theory and in practice there are great significance.
