集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策權(quán)配置效率評(píng)價(jià)模型構(gòu)建——基于兩階段DEA模型

【摘要】:基于兩階段DEA模型,將決策權(quán)配置過(guò)程分解為決策權(quán)形成過(guò)程和決策權(quán)作用過(guò)程兩個(gè)階段,構(gòu)建集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策權(quán)效率評(píng)價(jià)的兩階段DEA模型。首先,探索決策權(quán)形成過(guò)程,然后根據(jù)權(quán)力配置差異化程度提出四種決策權(quán)配置模式,分別從財(cái)務(wù)、客戶、內(nèi)部運(yùn)營(yíng)以及學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)四個(gè)維度分析不同配置模式對(duì)集團(tuán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效的影響,最后構(gòu)建兩階段DEA模型并討論相應(yīng)的實(shí)施對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Based on the two-stage DEA model, the decision-making power allocation process is decomposed into two stages: the decision-making power forming process and the decision-making power function process, and the two-stage DEA model for the evaluation of the decision-making power efficiency of the group network is constructed. Firstly, the decision-making power formation process is explored. Then, according to the degree of power allocation differentiation, four kinds of decision-making power allocation models are proposed, respectively from the financial, customer, internal operation and learning growth four dimensions to analyze the impact of different configuration models on group network performance. Finally, the two-stage DEA model is constructed and the corresponding implementation countermeasures are discussed.
