學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)成與沖突對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,伴隨著創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展如火如茶,創(chuàng)業(yè)精神備受推崇。其中,有關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)的興起也引起了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)絕大多數(shù)的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)以團(tuán)隊(duì)的形式開展,原因在于團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功率要顯著高于個(gè)人創(chuàng)業(yè)。本研究從學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的視角出發(fā),結(jié)合角色認(rèn)同理論,首先對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性、團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突和創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效等關(guān)鍵變量進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,接著對(duì)本研究的變量進(jìn)行了界定,分析了幾個(gè)變量之間的相互關(guān)系,然后探索性地構(gòu)建了學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性、團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突、角色認(rèn)同和創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效四個(gè)變量之間的理論框架模型,并據(jù)此提出相關(guān)假設(shè),對(duì)四者之間的關(guān)系及其內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了較深入探討,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談的方法,在進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理國內(nèi)外大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,最終回收有效問卷120份,通過運(yùn)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)所搜集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,最終本文得到以下主要結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性和團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突可以對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生直接影響。(2)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突也會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響。(3)團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突在學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性和創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效之間可以起到部分中介作用,即為學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性可以通過團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突進(jìn)而影響創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效。(4)角色認(rèn)同在學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性和團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突之間起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。基于上述研究結(jié)論,本文系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)地分析其理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,并認(rèn)真總結(jié)了在研究過程中存在的缺陷和不足之處,最后對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成異質(zhì)性、團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突、角色認(rèn)同與創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效之間未來的研究進(jìn)行展望,并提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the development of entrepreneurial activities as hot as tea, entrepreneurship is highly respected. Among them, the rise of academic entrepreneurship has also aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. At the same time, It is found that the majority of entrepreneurial activities are carried out in the form of team, because the success rate of team entrepreneurship is significantly higher than that of individual entrepreneurship. Firstly, the paper reviews the key variables of academic entrepreneurial team, such as heterogeneity, team conflict and entrepreneurial performance, then defines the variables in this study, and analyzes the relationship between these variables. Then the theoretical framework model between the four variables of academic entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, team conflict, role identification and entrepreneurial performance is constructed, and the relevant assumptions are put forward. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the relationship between the four persons and their internal mechanism of action. Based on the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview, this study systematically collates a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad. The questionnaire was designed and distributed, 120 valid questionnaires were collected, and the collected data were analyzed empirically by using SPSS19.0 statistical software. Finally, this paper draws the following main conclusions: 1) Heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team composition and team conflict can have a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance. 2) composition heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team will also have an impact on team conflict. In the academic entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance can play a part of the intermediary role, That is, the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team structure can play a role in regulating the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team and team conflict through team conflict and then affect entrepreneurial performance. This paper systematically analyzes its theoretical and practical significance, and summarizes the defects and deficiencies in the research process. Finally, it forms heterogeneity and team conflict for academic entrepreneurial team. The future research between role identity and entrepreneurial performance is prospected, and relevant suggestions are put forward.
