【摘要】：通過文獻(xiàn)綜述,研究分析NPD合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向?qū)献骶W(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響,闡述以上影響的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,進(jìn)而提出NPD合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向間的典型相關(guān)關(guān)系假設(shè);然后,通過實(shí)證研究方法對(duì)研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最終提取出兩對(duì)典型相關(guān)變量并分析其內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合我國(guó)企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對(duì)研究結(jié)論的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行討論。
[Abstract]:Through literature review, this paper studies and analyzes the effects of NPD cooperative network configuration and enterprise innovation strategy orientation on cooperative network innovation performance, and expounds the internal mechanism of the above effects. Then the hypothesis of canonical correlation relationship between NPD cooperative network configuration and enterprise innovation strategy orientation is proposed. Then, two pairs of typical correlation variables are extracted and their connotations are analyzed by empirical research method. Combined with the development of enterprises in China, the practical significance of the research conclusions is discussed.
