【摘要】：創(chuàng)新區(qū)作為一種特殊的地理區(qū)域,能夠匯聚大量領(lǐng)先的"錨機(jī)構(gòu)"和企業(yè)集群,隨著創(chuàng)新步伐的加快,越來越多的初創(chuàng)企業(yè)和企業(yè)孵化器與加速器等會(huì)融入其中。而對于自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)來說,為了達(dá)到更理想的績效水平,需要在緊湊的空間內(nèi)不斷提升交通運(yùn)輸、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的便利程度,并在辦公樓宇、商業(yè)公寓和居民住宅以及零售中心等方面進(jìn)行全面配套。近年,我國為了全面體現(xiàn)人們與企業(yè)位置偏好的變化趨勢,先后批準(zhǔn)成立了多個(gè)國家級自主創(chuàng)新區(qū)域,這些區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式、區(qū)域決策以及社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的勾連等都要進(jìn)行重新塑造。當(dāng)然,自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)與孤立的科技園區(qū)建設(shè)不同,也不單純是為了發(fā)展離散工業(yè),而是要借助資金、智力和人員的投入,通過不同部門與產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的融合,創(chuàng)造更多的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)與市場解決方案,從而提升我國經(jīng)濟(jì)整體發(fā)展質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:As a special geographical region, innovation zone can bring together a large number of leading "anchor institutions" and enterprise clusters, with the acceleration of the pace of innovation, More and more startups and business incubators and accelerators will blend in. And for autonomous innovation demonstration zones, in order to achieve a better level of performance, there is a need to continuously improve transportation in a compact space. In recent years, in order to fully reflect the changing trend of people's and enterprises' preference for location, China has carried out comprehensive matching in office buildings, commercial apartments, residential buildings and retail centers. A number of national-level autonomous innovation regions have been approved and established successively. The economic model, regional decision-making and social networking of these regions are all to be reshaped. Of course, the demonstration zones for independent innovation are different from the construction of isolated science and technology parks. Nor is it simply to develop discrete industries, but to create more products, technologies and market solutions through the integration of different sectors and industries with the help of capital, intelligence and personnel. So as to improve the overall quality of our economic development.
