企業(yè)外部關系網絡、知識吸收能力與國際化績效關系研究

【摘要】:新的商業(yè)經濟時代必定會有其特殊的烙印,企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈,不能放眼未來,只求一隅,企業(yè)注定會被時代所淘汰。在這樣的形勢下,企業(yè)走出國門邁向世界,倒是明智之舉。然而,由于環(huán)境動態(tài)性和復雜性越來越顯著,企業(yè)國際化成長顯現(xiàn)出新的特征,新的時代背景已經不容許企業(yè)不關注外部關系網絡而完全依賴自身的內部資源和能力來謀求跨國發(fā)展。穩(wěn)固龐大的國際關系網絡已然成為促進企業(yè)國際化成長的重要力量,構建、推廣以及維護企業(yè)的外部關系網絡已經成為越來越多的企業(yè)成功走向國際化的最佳抉擇。在國內,站在關系網絡的角度對企業(yè)國際化的研究還很少,還有很多地方需要去完善。現(xiàn)如今,對于國際化的一些研究文獻還只是停留在對西方學者研究成果的歸納和評述的基礎階段,國內學者更需要開拓進取,基于中國企業(yè)國際化水平的實際情況,去探索符合中國企業(yè)實際的理論。本研究在系統(tǒng)梳理企業(yè)國際化、企業(yè)關系網絡、知識吸收能力等領域相關研究文獻的基礎之上,提出了“企業(yè)外部關系網絡—知識吸收能力—企業(yè)國際化績效”的研究模型,從企業(yè)外部關系網絡的結構維度、關系維度和認知維度這三個維度出發(fā),考慮知識吸收能力的中介作用,以國內有國際化業(yè)務的企業(yè)為研究對象,以問卷調查的方式來獲取樣本數(shù)據,通過理論推導、模型構建、描述性統(tǒng)計分析、信度和效度分析、結構方程分析等一系列研究分析以及相關數(shù)理統(tǒng)計工具如SPSS 19.0和AMOS 17.0的綜合運用,對企業(yè)外部關系網絡通過正向影響企業(yè)知識吸收能力而促進企業(yè)國際化績效提升的機理進行了探討,得出的結論有:(1)企業(yè)外部關系網絡與企業(yè)國際化績效存在著顯著的正相關關系。企業(yè)外部關系網絡的三個維度對企業(yè)國際化績效的影響是至關重要的,企業(yè)要想加快國際化的進程,就必須注重與國內外企業(yè)或組織的關系網絡的構建,緊密的、可靠的、穩(wěn)定的、相互信賴的關系網絡,有利于國際化績效的提升。(2)知識吸收能力與企業(yè)國際化績效存在著顯著的正相關關系。企業(yè)知識獲取能力、知識消化能力、知識應用能力的不斷強化,對企業(yè)國際化績效的提高起到重要的作用,即企業(yè)可以借助于內部的知識吸收能力,將獲得的來自于國內外企業(yè)或組織的知識進一步轉化,以進行合理的利用,尤其在國際化進程中知識吸收能力的作用更為突顯。(3)企業(yè)外部關系網絡與知識吸收能力密切相關,在很大程度上,構建良好的企業(yè)外部關系網絡有利于知識吸收能力的提升。由于企業(yè)外部關系網絡的結構維度到知識應用能力的路徑系數(shù)不顯著,這就導致研究假設H1在實證分析中只能得到部分支持,進一步表明了知識應用能力是企業(yè)內部的一種能力,與企業(yè)自身的組織完善程度以及成熟度密切相關,而與企業(yè)外部關系網絡的結構維度關系不大。而企業(yè)外部關系網絡的關系維度和認知維度與知識吸收能力存在顯著正相關的關系,要想提高知識吸收能力的水平,就必須要構建出與其他企業(yè)或組織間相互信任、相互認可、能遵守互惠規(guī)范、有共同語言和相似價值觀的關系網絡。(4)企業(yè)外部關系網絡對企業(yè)國際化績效的影響,一部分是兩者之間的直接作用,一部分是通過知識吸收能力這個中介的間接作用。對于研究假設H4的推論,通過實證分析可知,該研究假設得到了部分支持。進一步說明企業(yè)要走向國際化,不僅要依賴外部的關系網絡,還要充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)內部知識吸收能力的作用,企業(yè)自身內部和外部相結合,形成合力,才能更好地加快企業(yè)走出去的步伐。中國企業(yè)“走出去”的道路還很漫長,仍需更進一步。國內企業(yè)要主動融入當?shù)氐漠a業(yè)網絡、集群網絡以及社會關系網絡之中,與當?shù)氐钠髽I(yè)、政府、科研機構、金融機構、中介機構及其他組織建立較為良好的關系,這是企業(yè)構建國際商業(yè)網絡和全球戰(zhàn)略網絡的根本。在注重外部關系網絡的同時,企業(yè)自身要加強對國際化知識如國際化先進技術知識、管理經驗和市場運作等知識經驗的重視程度,要有遠見,不求一隅,加強對外來新知識的識別能力、吸收能力、消化能力以及應用能力和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),以更為積極、主動的姿態(tài)獲取國際化經驗和知識。

However, as more and more dynamic and complex environment obviously, the enterprise internationalization growth shows new features, the new era has not allowed enterprises do not pay attention to external network and completely rely on their own internal resources and the ability to seek cross-border development. Solid huge international network has become an important force to promote the construction of enterprise internationalization growth, promotion and maintenance of the network external relations of enterprises has become the best choice of successful internationalization. More and more enterprises in the domestic research on the internationalization of enterprises stand in the perspective of the relationship networks is Less, there are many places need to perfect. Now, the foundation stage for some international research literature only focuses on western scholars' research results summarized and reviewed, the domestic scholars need to forge ahead, the actual situation of the level of internationalization of enterprises based on Chinese, to explore with the China enterprise actual theory. (2) the knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise internationalization performance. In a significant positive correlation. The enterprise knowledge acquisition capability, knowledge assimilation capability, knowledge application ability unceasingly strengthens, the important role to improve the performance of enterprise internationalization, the enterprises can rely on the internal knowledge absorption capacity, further transformation will get from the domestic and foreign enterprises or organizations to carry out knowledge. Reasonable use, especially in the process of internationalization of the knowledge absorption capacity is more obvious. (3) the external social network and knowledge absorptive capacity is closely related to a great extent, the construction enterprise external network is beneficial to enhance the capability of absorbing the knowledge. (4) effects of external networks on enterprise internationalization performance, one part is direct effect between the two, is a part of the intermediary role of indirect absorption capacity through knowledge for hypothesis H4 inference, the empirical analysis shows that, the research hypothesis was partially supported. To further illustrate enterprise internationalization, not only to rely on external The relationship between the network, but also give full play to the role of the enterprise internal knowledge absorptive capacity, enterprise internal and external combination, form a cohesive force, in order to accelerate the pace of enterprises to go out.
