【摘要】:家族企業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)中最普遍的企業(yè)組織形式,在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中享有舉足輕重的地位。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),以配偶作為事業(yè)伙伴的家族企業(yè)在各種親屬關(guān)系中所占比例最高。但是,面對(duì)配偶作為事業(yè)伙伴時(shí),家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)與企業(yè)所有權(quán)的關(guān)系、企業(yè)治理角色與公眾夫妻角色的定位等都具有不同于家族其它親屬關(guān)系的特點(diǎn),極易引發(fā)夫妻合作沖突。近年來(lái),在國(guó)家大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新政策的激勵(lì)下,國(guó)內(nèi)家族企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出井噴式增長(zhǎng)。有研究表明,在中國(guó)文化背景下的夫妻檔家族企業(yè),在夫妻關(guān)系和企業(yè)發(fā)展方面表現(xiàn)出一榮俱榮、一損俱損的趨勢(shì),所以,夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的處理策略研究成為當(dāng)代中國(guó)所面臨的十分迫切的研究課題。本文將對(duì)拓譜集團(tuán)夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的處理策略進(jìn)行探索性研究。本文聚焦于拓譜集團(tuán)肖恩琉和逄增梅夫妻在長(zhǎng)達(dá)20年創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中的合作沖突處理策略的研究。首先,深入收集整理并分析了包括企業(yè)的董事會(huì)會(huì)議紀(jì)要、組織架構(gòu)圖、中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃、年度計(jì)劃與總結(jié)、人事變動(dòng)情況表,當(dāng)事人的私人日記、工作筆記、口述,以及由此涉及的第三方人員的工作筆記、口述等深度訪談的內(nèi)容。然后,利用美國(guó)心理學(xué)家威廉馬斯頓博士的DISC測(cè)試問(wèn)卷對(duì)他們夫妻性格進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。研究結(jié)果表明:肖恩琉是典型的高C型特質(zhì)的人,屬于完美型/服從者;逄增梅是典型的高D型特質(zhì)的人,屬于支配型/控制者,為論文從人格因素研究沖突處理策略提供了充分的依據(jù)。本文依托家族企業(yè)的三環(huán)模型、沖突及其相關(guān)理論、威廉.馬斯頓博士的DISC理論對(duì)拓譜集團(tuán)肖恩琉和逄增梅夫妻的創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突及其處理策略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究。研究結(jié)果顯示,夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展績(jī)效的影響是雙向的。當(dāng)沖突不斷惡化升級(jí)為關(guān)系沖突時(shí),將對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展造成負(fù)面影響,同時(shí)將連帶影響夫妻關(guān)系;影響夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的因素既包括了家庭、企業(yè)的所有權(quán)和企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),也包括了夫妻雙方的教育背景、職業(yè)背景、性格、溝通能力等個(gè)人因素。針對(duì)夫妻合作沖突存在的問(wèn)題,本文提出了利用沖突管理模型管理夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突、科學(xué)管理影響夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的關(guān)鍵因素、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地調(diào)整夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的處理策略等改進(jìn)策略,以此達(dá)到穩(wěn)定夫妻關(guān)系和保障家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭與事業(yè)雙豐收。本文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)于類(lèi)似情境的夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)合作沖突的處理具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Family business is the most common form of business organization in the modern economy, and plays an important role in the world economy. According to statistics, the family business with spouse as its business partner accounts for the highest proportion of all kinds of kinship. When a spouse is a business partner, the relationship between family property and business ownership, the role of corporate governance and the role of public husband and wife are all different from those of other family relatives, which can easily lead to the conflict of cooperation between husband and wife in recent years. Spurred by the national mass entrepreneurship innovation policy, domestic family businesses have shown a blowout growth. Studies have shown that family businesses in the context of Chinese culture have shown great success in terms of marital relations and business development. The tendency to lose everything, so, The study on the strategy of dealing with the conflict of husband and wife entrepreneurship cooperation has become a very urgent research topic in contemporary China. This paper will explore the strategy of dealing with the conflict of husband and wife entrepreneurship cooperation in Tuo Spectrum Group. A study on the Strategies for dealing with the conflict of Cooperation between Shanliu and Feng Zengmei of Spectral Group during their 20 years of Entrepreneurship. First of all, Collect and analyze the minutes of the board meeting, organization chart, medium- and long-term development plan, annual plan and summary, personnel change table, personal diary, working notes, dictation, etc. And the contents of in-depth interviews such as the work notes and dictation of the third party personnel involved. Then, The DISC questionnaire of American psychologist Dr. William Marston was used to test the personality of their husband and wife. The results showed that Shameliu was a typical person with high C-type traits and belonged to the perfect / subservient. Pang Zengmei is a typical person with high D-type trait and belongs to the dominant / controlling person, which provides a sufficient basis for the thesis to study conflict management strategies from personality factors. This paper relies on the three-ring model of family business, conflict and its related theories. Dr. William Marston's DISC theory conducted a systematic study of the entrepreneurial conflict and its handling strategies between Shanleu and Pang Zengmei, two groups. The impact of the conflict on the performance of enterprise development is two-way. When the conflict deteriorates and escalates into a relationship conflict, it will have a negative impact on the development of the enterprise, and at the same time it will affect the relationship between husband and wife. The factors that affect the conflict include the structure of the family, the ownership of the enterprise and the operation of the enterprise, as well as the educational background, professional background and personality of the husband and wife. Personal factors such as communication ability. Aiming at the problems existing in the conflict of husband and wife's cooperation, this paper puts forward the key factors of managing the conflict of husband and wife's entrepreneurial cooperation by using the conflict management model, and scientifically managing the key factors that affect the conflict of husband and wife's entrepreneurial cooperation. In order to stabilize the relationship between husband and wife and to ensure the sustainable development of family business, we should adjust the strategies of dealing with the conflict between husband and wife with the times. The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance and reference value for dealing with the conflict of husband and wife's entrepreneurship cooperation in the similar situation.
