【摘要】：組織學(xué)習(xí)可以快速地把知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為創(chuàng)造力,通過識(shí)別創(chuàng)新機(jī)會(huì)、把握創(chuàng)新能力使企業(yè)保持靈活性。為考察組織學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效的影響及區(qū)域環(huán)境在兩者間的調(diào)節(jié)作用,基于權(quán)變理論、資源依賴?yán)碚摵徒M織生態(tài)學(xué)理論,構(gòu)建了以組織學(xué)習(xí)為自變量,企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效為因變量,區(qū)域環(huán)境為調(diào)節(jié)變量的概念模型,并通過371份有效調(diào)查問卷,采用層次回歸分析法進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:組織學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效有顯著正向影響,且在企業(yè)素質(zhì)提升方面的表現(xiàn)尤為突出;區(qū)域環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效有顯著正向影響,且在企業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張方面的表現(xiàn)尤為突出;區(qū)域硬環(huán)境正向調(diào)節(jié)信息獲取與企業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的關(guān)系;區(qū)域軟環(huán)境正向調(diào)節(jié)信息獲取、信息分發(fā)、信息解釋與企業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的關(guān)系;區(qū)域軟環(huán)境負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)信息分發(fā)與企業(yè)素質(zhì)提升的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Organizational learning can quickly transform knowledge into creativity. By identifying innovation opportunities and grasping innovation ability, enterprises can maintain flexibility. In order to investigate the impact of organizational learning on enterprise growth performance and the regulatory role of regional environment between the two. Based on contingency theory, resource dependence theory and organizational ecology theory, a conceptual model with organizational learning as independent variable, firm growth performance as dependent variable and regional environment as adjusting variable is constructed. The results show that organizational learning has a significant positive impact on the growth performance of enterprises, especially in improving the quality of enterprises. Regional environment has a significant positive impact on enterprise growth performance, and the performance of enterprise scale expansion is particularly prominent; regional hard environment positive adjustment information acquisition and enterprise scale expansion relationship; regional soft environment positive adjustment information acquisition, The relationship between information distribution, information interpretation and enterprise scale expansion, and the relationship between information distribution and enterprise quality improvement are adjusted negatively by regional soft environment.
