【摘要】：在全球范圍內(nèi)智庫快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),智庫評價(jià)問題也日益受到關(guān)注。研究旨在分析目前國際智庫評價(jià)體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),并從中剖析智庫評價(jià)體系未來發(fā)展趨勢。首先,研究構(gòu)建了國際智庫評價(jià)體系分類框架;其次,對代表性評價(jià)體系特點(diǎn)予以分析和比較;最后,基于對國際智庫評價(jià)體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,分析總結(jié)了未來智庫評價(jià)體系主要發(fā)展趨勢。研究表明,國際智庫評價(jià)體系多元化特征明顯,未來國際智庫評價(jià)更趨于自發(fā)性和專業(yè)化、更關(guān)注管理型評價(jià)體系構(gòu)建、更聚焦對智庫運(yùn)營效能的考察、更重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)及新媒體指標(biāo)的應(yīng)用、評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)更加體現(xiàn)"用戶驅(qū)動(dòng)"的特征。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of think tanks around the world, the evaluation of think tanks has attracted more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the evaluation system of international think tanks, and to analyze the future development trend of the evaluation system of think tanks. The classification framework of international think-tank evaluation system is constructed. Secondly, the characteristics of representative evaluation system are analyzed and compared. Finally, based on the research on the current situation of international think-tank evaluation system, This paper analyzes and summarizes the main development trends of the future evaluation system of think tanks. The research shows that the evaluation system of international think tanks is characterized by diversity, and the evaluation of international think tanks tends to be more spontaneous and professional in the future, and more attention is paid to the construction of management evaluation system. More focused on the operational effectiveness of think tanks, more attention to the application of network and new media indicators, evaluation index system design more reflect the "user driven" characteristics.
