【摘要】：眾包創(chuàng)新模式打破了傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)邊界,拓展了企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新源泉,激發(fā)了大眾的創(chuàng)造熱情。由于參與用戶的不確定性,如何從海量的外部知識源中識別出能匹配企業(yè)創(chuàng)新任務(wù)的關(guān)鍵用戶知識源,成為提升眾包創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)鍵。在對眾包創(chuàng)新過程的知識流分析基礎(chǔ)上,從雙邊視角出發(fā),構(gòu)建了眾包創(chuàng)新模式的關(guān)鍵用戶知識源識別體系。提出基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵用知識源識別方法,并在豬八戒網(wǎng)眾包平臺上采集數(shù)據(jù),開展實證研究。
[Abstract]:The crowdsourcing innovation model breaks the traditional enterprise boundary, expands the innovation source of the enterprise, and inspires the public's creative enthusiasm. How to identify the key users' knowledge sources that can match the enterprise innovation task from the massive external knowledge sources is the key to improve the crowdsourcing innovation performance. Based on the analysis of the knowledge flow in the crowdsourcing innovation process and from the bilateral perspective. The key user knowledge source identification system of crowdsourcing innovation mode is constructed, and the key knowledge source identification method based on BP neural network is proposed. The data are collected on the crowdsourcing platform of Zhu Bajie net, and the empirical research is carried out.
