【摘要】：[目的/意義]移動政務所具有的及時性、互動性、便捷性等特點,使得它成為滿足公眾需求、提升辦事效率的創(chuàng)新工具,公眾對移動政務的采納率關系著移動政務能否成功。[方法/過程]研究結合時間人格理論和整合技術接受模型,構建了一個新的理論模型,對移動政務采納行為的影響因素進行探索性研究。編制調查問卷,采用線上和線下發(fā)布的方式,共獲得226份有效問卷,使用相關分析和回歸分析進行假設檢驗。[結果/結論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn),時間人格通過作用于個體對使用移動政務的感知因素,進而影響個體對移動政務的采納意愿和行為。具體研究結果為:時間人格中的時間規(guī)劃與績效期望顯著正相關,時間規(guī)劃、時間壓力、時間分配與努力期望顯著正相關,時間遵從、時間分配與行為意愿顯著正相關;績效期望、努力期望、社會影響與使用意愿顯著正相關,行為意愿顯著正向影響使用行為。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] Mobile Government has the characteristics of timeliness, interactivity, convenience and so on, which makes it an innovative tool to meet the needs of the public and improve the efficiency of work. The adoption rate of mobile government by the public is related to the success of mobile government. [method / process] combined with time personality theory and integrated technology acceptance model, a new theoretical model is constructed. An exploratory study was conducted on the influencing factors of mobile government adoption behavior. 226 valid questionnaires were obtained by compiling questionnaires and publishing them online and offline. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test hypotheses. [results / conclusions] the study found that temporal personality acts on individual perception of mobile government use, The results are as follows: time planning is positively correlated with performance expectation, time planning, time pressure, time allocation and effort expectation are significantly positive correlation. Time compliance, time allocation were significantly positively correlated with behavior intention, performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact and use intention were significantly positively correlated, and behavioral will significantly positively affected use behavior.
