【摘要】：自我國(guó)正式實(shí)施新的生態(tài)公益林補(bǔ)償政策以來(lái),已經(jīng)在生態(tài)、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面取得了一定的效果,國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)對(duì)生態(tài)公益林補(bǔ)償?shù)难芯恳踩〉昧艘恍┻M(jìn)展。文章采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和理論分析法,通過(guò)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)專家學(xué)者的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)生態(tài)公益林補(bǔ)償?shù)难芯恐饕性谂c政策有關(guān)的補(bǔ)償對(duì)象、補(bǔ)償原則和補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面進(jìn)行探討;分析了政策評(píng)價(jià)體系以及當(dāng)前補(bǔ)償政策績(jī)效的影響因素;提出了下一步研究的主要內(nèi)容和研究方法建議。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new ecological public welfare forest compensation policy in China, it has achieved certain results in ecological, social and economic aspects. Some progress has also been made in domestic research on the compensation of ecological public welfare forests. This paper adopts the literature research method and the theoretical analysis method, through combing the relevant literature of domestic experts and scholars. It is found that the research on the compensation of ecological public welfare forest mainly focuses on the compensation object, compensation principle and compensation standard related to the policy, and analyzes the policy evaluation system and the influencing factors of the current compensation policy performance. The main contents and research methods of the next research are put forward.
