【摘要】：聯(lián)合風險投資為被投企業(yè)帶來比獨立投資更多的回報,聯(lián)合風險投資中領(lǐng)投公司發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文基于控制權(quán)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置的視角,探析領(lǐng)投公司控制權(quán)特征和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特質(zhì)對被投企業(yè)績效的影響機理。研究表明:聯(lián)合風險投資中領(lǐng)投公司為控制權(quán)主導(dǎo)方且網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置占優(yōu)則對被投企業(yè)績效有顯著正向影響。
[Abstract]:Joint venture capital brings more returns than independent investment for the invested enterprises. The lead investment companies play an important role in joint venture capital. This paper based on the perspective of control rights and network location, This paper probes into the influence mechanism of the characteristics of control rights and network structure on the performance of the invested enterprises. The research shows that in the joint venture capital, the leading company is the dominant party of control and the dominant position of the network has a significant positive impact on the performance of the invested enterprises.
