【摘要】：近年,伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構的轉(zhuǎn)型和調(diào)整,基礎設施建設逐漸成為中國經(jīng)濟的主要推動力。由于政府部門管理模式轉(zhuǎn)型以及較大的資金缺口,使得能夠充分利用社會資本及其優(yōu)勢的PPP模式得到廣泛和快速地推行。雖然政府在2014年密集發(fā)布了相關文件在宏觀層面予以設計和引導,但是由于PPP模式構成主體較為復雜往往會導致PPP項目的管理績效不佳的狀況。然而,關系治理能夠提高生產(chǎn)效率,改善項目各參與方的滿意度,有助于項目管理績效的改善�；诖�,探索關系治理與PPP項目管理績效間的關系,對于PPP項目管理績效的改善具有重要意義。本研究首先綜合運用文獻和理論分析對國內(nèi)外相關文獻進行梳理,識別出關系治理范疇內(nèi)的具體維度:信任、溝通、合作,然后通過界定PPP項目管理績效的概念,從經(jīng)濟性、效率性和效果性三個維度來描述PPP項目管理績效,構建其指標體系。通過調(diào)查問卷收集數(shù)據(jù),采用結(jié)構方程模型進行實證分析,驗證了關系治理與PPP項目管理績效間的關系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the transformation and adjustment of China's economic structure, infrastructure construction has gradually become the main driving force of the Chinese economy. The PPP model, which makes full use of social capital and its advantages, has been widely and quickly implemented. Although the government published intensive documents in 2014 to design and guide them at the macro level, However, the relationship governance can improve the production efficiency and improve the satisfaction of the project participants. It is helpful to improve project management performance. Based on this, the relationship between relationship governance and PPP project management performance is explored. It is of great significance to improve the performance of PPP project management. Firstly, this study combines literature and theoretical analysis to sort out the specific dimensions of relationship governance: trust, communication, cooperation, and so on. Then by defining the concept of PPP project management performance, this paper describes the performance of PPP project management from three dimensions of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, and constructs its index system. The relationship between relationship governance and PPP project management performance is verified by using structural equation model.
