【摘要】：針對(duì)高等學(xué)校資源優(yōu)化配置與管理問題,在收集72所高校五年投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,以投入產(chǎn)出績(jī)效作為資源配置目標(biāo),建立高校資源優(yōu)化配置的兩層結(jié)構(gòu)模型.采用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與遺傳算法相結(jié)合,建立非線性適應(yīng)值函數(shù),以優(yōu)化不同學(xué)校一級(jí)投入指標(biāo)的投入比例.最后對(duì)配置結(jié)果進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,以評(píng)價(jià)配置的可行性,盡可能避免資源配置的不合理或損失出現(xiàn).研究結(jié)果為高校資源配置突破傳統(tǒng)模式提供了有效的管理方法.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of resource optimization and management in colleges and universities, on the basis of collecting and evaluating the input-output data of 72 colleges and universities, the paper takes the input-output performance as the resource allocation goal. A two-layer structure model of optimal allocation of college resources is established. The nonlinear fitness function is established by combining neural network with genetic algorithm to optimize the input ratio of different school level input indicators. Finally, the risk analysis of the allocation results is carried out. In order to evaluate the feasibility of resource allocation and avoid the unreasonable or loss of resource allocation, the research results provide an effective management method for breaking through the traditional mode of resource allocation in colleges and universities.
