公平互動(dòng)、心理授權(quán)與組織成員幸福感提升

【摘要】:提升組織成員幸福感有助于提升組織績(jī)效,以公平互動(dòng)為視角對(duì)組織成員幸福感問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)心理授權(quán)在這一過(guò)程中的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行討論,結(jié)果表明:公平互動(dòng)與組織成員幸福感存在著正比例關(guān)系,心理授權(quán)在公平互動(dòng)提升組織成員幸福感過(guò)程中起中介作用。為此,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)積極關(guān)注公平互動(dòng)與心理授權(quán),提升組織成員幸福感,促進(jìn)組織整體發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the well-being of organization members helps to improve organizational performance. From the perspective of fair interaction, this paper analyzes the well-being of organization members, and discusses the mechanism of psychological empowerment in this process. The results show that there is a positive proportional relationship between fair interaction and the well-being of organization members, and psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role in the process of fair interaction to enhance the well-being of organization members. Therefore, leaders should actively pay attention to fair interaction and psychological empowerment. Enhance the happiness of the members of the organization and promote the overall development of the organization.
