【摘要】:創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)具有較高調(diào)整成本,因而保證創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大。以2006-2014年A股制造業(yè)上市公司為樣本,分析了總經(jīng)理繼任對(duì)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的影響,并考慮了產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和期望績(jī)效反饋的情境效應(yīng)。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:總經(jīng)理繼任對(duì)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性具有負(fù)向影響;產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越激烈,總經(jīng)理繼任對(duì)創(chuàng)新可持續(xù)性的負(fù)向作用越強(qiáng);當(dāng)企業(yè)實(shí)際績(jī)效低于期望績(jī)效時(shí),產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用更為顯著;然而,在實(shí)際績(jī)效高于期望績(jī)效的情況下,產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用被減弱。
[Abstract]:Innovation activities with high adjustment costs, so as to ensure the sustainable innovation is of great significance to the development of the enterprise. In 2006-2014 years Chinese A shares listed manufacturing companies as the sample, analyzes the influence of the succession to the general manager of innovation sustainability, and considering the product market competition situation and expectations of performance feedback effect. The empirical results show that: the general manager the succession of innovation and sustainability has a negative impact; the more intense competition in product market, general manager of succession sustainable innovation negative effect is stronger; when the enterprise performance is less than expected performance, product market competition the negative moderating effect is more significant; however, in the actual performance is higher than the expected performance under the condition of product market competition negative role is weakened.
