【摘要】:關(guān)注施工企業(yè)員工的工作價(jià)值觀,指導(dǎo)其職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對(duì)提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和持續(xù)發(fā)展能力具有重要的價(jià)值。本研究期望通過(guò)探討施工企業(yè)員工的工作價(jià)值觀對(duì)其工作績(jī)效的影響,通過(guò)構(gòu)建施工企業(yè)績(jī)效管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提升GD集團(tuán)施工企業(yè)員工績(jī)效管理的實(shí)施。提出從施工企業(yè)員工工作價(jià)值觀入手提供有效績(jī)效管理的建議和措施,從而對(duì)企業(yè)提高工作績(jī)效以及企業(yè)管理者和后續(xù)研究者對(duì)施工企業(yè)工作價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行深入研究具有較為重要的意義。首先主要介紹撰寫本論文的背景、目的及意義所在;總結(jié)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于績(jī)效管理的研究現(xiàn)狀及本文中將要進(jìn)行的績(jī)效研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究的方法。本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,了解績(jī)效管理相關(guān)理論知識(shí),分析GD集團(tuán)施工企業(yè)員工的特性以及分析其績(jī)效管理中存在的問(wèn)題,識(shí)別問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題。GD集團(tuán)在施工企業(yè)員工績(jī)效管理中存在的問(wèn)題與分析,通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有組織架構(gòu)及管理模式,績(jī)效管理體系,管理崗位員工績(jī)效管理,技能崗位員工績(jī)效管理,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的績(jī)效管理,高離職率及低主動(dòng)性等問(wèn)題分析,提出構(gòu)建GD公司施工企業(yè)員工績(jī)效管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出施工企業(yè)員工績(jī)效管理的思路及原則,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建所采用的方法,具體的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,新生代員工績(jī)效管理體系的多維建設(shè)。最后提出施工企業(yè)員工績(jī)效管理體系的實(shí)施與改進(jìn)。提出績(jī)效計(jì)劃與績(jī)效輔導(dǎo),績(jī)效考核,績(jī)效反饋,績(jī)效改進(jìn)及動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Pay attention to the work values of employees in construction enterprises and guide their career development planning. It is of great value to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises. This study is expected to explore the impact of the work values of employees on their work performance. Through the construction of construction enterprise performance management evaluation index system to promote the implementation of GD group construction enterprise employee performance management. Put forward from the construction enterprise employee work values to provide effective performance management suggestions and measures. Therefore, it is of great significance for enterprises to improve their work performance and to further study the work values of construction enterprises by managers and subsequent researchers. First of all, the background of writing this paper is introduced. Purpose and significance; This paper summarizes and introduces the current situation of research on performance management at home and abroad, as well as the content and methods of performance research to be carried out in this paper. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the employees of GD group construction enterprises, and analyzes the problems existing in its performance management, identifies the problems, and analyzes the problems. Solve the problem. GD Group in the construction enterprise employee performance management problems and analysis, through the analysis of the existing organizational structure and management model, performance management system, management post staff performance management. Skill post employee performance management, the project is responsible for team performance management, high turnover rate and low initiative and other issues analysis, put forward the construction of GD construction enterprise employee performance management evaluation index system. This paper puts forward the ideas and principles of employee performance management in construction enterprises, the methods used in the construction of evaluation index system, and the concrete evaluation index system. Finally, put forward the implementation and improvement of employee performance management system of construction enterprises. Put forward performance plan and performance guidance, performance appraisal, performance feedback. Performance improvement and dynamic adjustment.
