【摘要】：為回答版權(quán)保護是否能提升企業(yè)績效的問題,本文基于福建省德化縣實施的版權(quán)本地免費登記政策這一"準自然實驗",運用倍差法評估該政策對企業(yè)績效的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在對版權(quán)實施本地免費登記政策后,德化陶瓷企業(yè)無論從利潤水平、勞動生產(chǎn)率還是銷售額的增長率上,都顯著高于同一地級市轄區(qū)內(nèi)的其他陶瓷企業(yè),且越是與版權(quán)聯(lián)系緊密的產(chǎn)業(yè),這種積極影響也越大。在運用反事實法和替換控制組為景德鎮(zhèn)、醴陵的陶瓷企業(yè)進行檢驗后,這一結(jié)果依然穩(wěn)健。
[Abstract]:In order to answer whether the copyright protection can enhance the performance of the enterprise, the implementation of Dehua County of Fujian Province, the local copyright free registration policy in this "natural experiment" based on the difference in difference assessment of the impact of policies on the performance of enterprises. The study found that in the implementation of local copyright free registration policy, both from Dehua ceramic enterprises the level of profits, labor productivity or sales growth rate, were significantly higher than that of other ceramic enterprises in the same city area, and the more close contact with the copyright industry, the positive influence is greater. The control group with Jingdezhen and replace the counterfactual method in operation, Liling ceramics enterprises after inspection this result is still robust.
