【摘要】：古代客棧起源于古羅馬時期 ,是專門為客商和旅行者提供食宿的場所。 10 95年開始?xì)v時 2 0 0年的“十字軍東征”帶來了巨大的社會變革 ,加強(qiáng)了東西方文化和技術(shù)的交流 ,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展 ,推動了客棧業(yè)的興起 ,其特點(diǎn)是點(diǎn)多、面廣、規(guī)模小、設(shè)備簡陋。美國近代工業(yè)革命運(yùn)動的蓬勃發(fā)展 ,使貿(mào)易與旅游業(yè)興旺 ,帶動了近代商業(yè)飯店業(yè)的飛躍式發(fā)展 ,呈現(xiàn)出規(guī)模化、多元服務(wù)化和科學(xué)管理的特點(diǎn)。二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后 ,美國以民主、自由、平等、開放為口號 ,為美國現(xiàn)代飯店業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了巨大的空間。分析以美國為代表的世界現(xiàn)代飯店業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展 ,對中國飯店業(yè)之未來發(fā)展具有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The ancient inn originated in ancient Rome and is a place for merchants and travelers to provide food and lodging. The "Crusade", which began in 1095 and lasted for 200 years, brought great social changes, strengthened the cultural and technological exchanges between the East and the West, promoted the development of economic and trade, and promoted the rise of the inn industry, which was characterized by more points. Wide area, small scale, simple equipment. The flourishing development of American modern industrial revolution movement made trade and tourism flourish, and promoted the rapid development of modern commercial hotel industry, showing the characteristics of scale, multi-service and scientific management. After World War II, the slogan of democracy, freedom, equality and openness provided a great space for the development of American modern hotel industry. The analysis of the innovation and development of the world's modern hotel industry, represented by the United States, has positive significance for the future development of China's hotel industry.
