【摘要】：基于國內(nèi)外國際化飯店管理人才培養(yǎng)模式的相關(guān)研究,通過比較寧夏區(qū)內(nèi)幾所院校的飯店教育培養(yǎng)模式的要素、能力標準、培養(yǎng)路徑等,分析了寧夏高等院校飯店管理人才國際化培養(yǎng)模式的特點和差異,提出從辦學(xué)理念、培養(yǎng)目標、課程設(shè)置、師資隊伍、教學(xué)方法等方面優(yōu)化飯店國際化管理人才培養(yǎng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant research on the training model of international hotel management personnel at home and abroad, this paper compares the elements, ability standards and training paths of the hotel education and training model of several universities in Ningxia region. This paper analyzes on the characteristics and differences of the internationalization training mode of hotel management talents in Ningxia universities and colleges, and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the training of hotel international management talents from the aspects of the idea of running a school, the training goal, the course setting, the teaching staff, the teaching method, and so on.
