摘要：

酒店管理專業(yè)是現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所需的熱門專業(yè)，酒店行業(yè)對酒店管理專業(yè)的人才需求有著高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。隨著我國酒店業(yè)的國際化程度越來越高，酒店管理專業(yè)的教學(xué)模式也應(yīng)隨之而改革創(chuàng)新。通過比較國外成功的酒店管理學(xué)院的辦學(xué)特色，分析我國酒店管理專業(yè)教學(xué)中的不足，提出國際化背景下酒店管理專業(yè)教學(xué)模式革新的建議。

Abstract： 

Hotel management is one of the hot majors needed for the development of the society and economy, and the hotel industry has high standards for the graduates. With the development of internationalization of our nation- al hotel industry, the teaching model should also be reformed. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the suc- cessful hotel management school abroad and on the problems existing in our national hotel majors'teaching, the paper puts forward the advice to innovate the teaching model of the hotel major based in the internationalization condition.
